Instructions
1. Heat oil in a pan then add whole spices
2. Add finely chopped onions and cook until golden brown
3. Add chicken, salt, turmeric and stir well for 5 min
4. Add cumin powder, coriander powder, kashimir chilli powder, (chilli powder if you like spicy) and mix well for 2-3 min
5. Add finely chopped tomato and stir fry until the oil starts to seperate
6. Add hot water and cook in medium heat for 10 min
7. Add Garam masala and finely chopped cilantro and simmer for couple of min
